Greetings ~
So, my husband and I want to redo our kitchen completely and we're, of course, looking into various stainless steel kitchen appliances. Obviously, every kitchen needs a sink but we're unsure which one to get. I know that almost all steel sinks are made of stainless steel but since our last sink was also made of stainless steel but didn't look so great after 17 years of usage, we want to try hardening the material. The other day I have read an article about hardening steel by boronizing
on this website and it said that it improves many properties, such as better wear resistance! I realize that this is mostly for industrial purposes but I was wondering if it's possible to boronize your kitchen appliances as well? Does anyone know?
Best wishes!
